The Court Yard is located in the heart of the art deco district of South Beach in a quiet street at a 2 min walk of Lincoln road that features an attractive combination of outdoor caf?s and restaurants, clubs, boutiques and art galleries. The beach is at a walking distance only 5 blocks from the court Yard. The Court Yard is comprised of a small 2 story art deco building separated by a beautiful tropical surrounding filled with local high coconut trees. It is considered as a small oasis of serenity.
