Renters grant EscapeRental.com permission to store their private information in a database used for occasional newsletters or promotional offers from the site or its affiliates.

Renter information is kept confidential and will never be sold to a third party. Renters will always have the option to opt-out of the email list.

EscapeRental.com reserves the right to store and process data generated through our intermediary. The site cannot be held responsible should a breach of security occur in its online ID resulting in financial damages to renters or owners.

By accepting our terms, renters agree to indemnify and hold Escaperental.com not responsible for any claims that may arise from the inaccuracy of the listings.

Report any problems with owners that you deem unethical .

Report any inaccuracy or misrepresentation in listings presented on our site .

It is the owner’s responsibility to keep information updated as far as property, pricing, changes, etc. EscapeRental.com cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentations. Please perform with diligence. EscapeRental.com try their best to make sure that all the information presented in the website is accurate. However, the site does not warrant any information provided by owners.

Technical problems do occur. Escaperental.com is not responsible in the event that the website goes down due to a technical glitch. Should any problem occur, Escaperental.com will not be liable, and therefore the temporary suspension of operation that might ensue will not be grounds for partial reimbursement to the owner or any other compensation.
