Our policy is to review your ad to make sure that is thorough. We might edit it if needed and then, publish it. It might take up to 2 business days to publish your ad.
Can I add multiple listings?
EscapeRental.com allows a maximum number of listings per owner (15 listing per owner account.) Owners or agents who have already met the maximum number of listings and wish to add more should email EscapeRental.com for clearance. Multiple listings should be for different properties. EscapeRental.com prohibits duplicate listings of the same vacation rental.

I want to put more than 12 pictures, how can I do it?
Our system allows only 12 pictures, so you cannot.
How can I resize my pictures ?
If your pictures are less than 1 Mb our system will resize it for you. If you have issues during the process contact us at i and we will do it for you.
If your pictures are more than 1 Mb, you will need to resize them with Photoshop or a similar software before upload them to our platform. In case that you have any complication, please email your pictures to us at with the description of each picture and we will post it for you.
I do not know how to resize my pictures can you do it for me?

I already have the text of my property in English, French and Spanish, how can I add this information to my listing?
Can I add my property information in French, English or Spanish only?
Yes, you can create your listings only in one language. You only will have to make sure that you are working on the specific language by clicking on the flag in the top (left.)
I want to publish my property in other languages, but cannot write other languages
No problem for a nominal fee of $40 per language (max. 250 characters) we will do it for you (available translation services French, Spanish and English.
How do you rank the listed property, how can my vacation rental be top ranked
We have a property algorithm that rank your listing in the following manner:

How do I know when my vacation rental is published?
We will send you an email with a link to your published property within 2 business days.
Enter your rates in the currency in which you want to be paid. If you accept other currencies, do not forget to list those in the rental rates notes. Additionally be sure that you display your rates clearly and easily.
Renters like to be exposed to thorough information including availability and prices, be sure that you keep this section updated in order to maximize you rental probability.
How can I pay for my advertising?
The easiest way to pay is online with your Visa, AMEX or MasterCard.
How can I upgrade my ads after I already paid the first time?
This is easy! You can go to your property subscription an click on upgrade my listing. Here, you will be able to buy additional pictures, further details section and translations services. Every upgrade to your property will result on a better ranking for your listing, which can be translated for more exposure.
How can I ad more pictures after I already paid the first time
You can add more pictures by clicking on add more pictures at the pictures management tab of a listing or in your property’s subscription page.
I would like to accept credit cards but have no machine how can I do?
Owners can easily set up a Paypal account that will allow them to process payments with credit cards: Paypal.com
Do you send invoices or receipts?
You can view and print a full Invoice or Receipt by signing into your account and clicking "View Order History".
When will my listing be published?
Once you fill out all the required fields and we receive your payment, our staff will review and approve your listing in 2 or 3 business days. Then it is published on the site.
How do I receive inquiries?
Visitors to the site who are interested in booking your property can contact you using the information you provide on your listing (telephone, email, or fax).
How do I know I am receiving all my inquiries?
To protect you against spam, Internet Service Providers (ISP's) can block emails without you or us knowing about it. Check the Inquiries tab on your Owner's home page to see all email inquiries sent to you by Escape Rental, and add Escape Rental to your email address book to ensure you receive communications from us.
What if the person making the inquiry puts in the wrong details?
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do if a traveler enters their contact information incorrectly. Experience shows that renters sometimes are not complete in their requests. The best thing to do is to contact them and get all the information that you might need to address their request.
How can I tell if the inquiry is genuine?
The vast majority of visitors to EscapeRental.com are genuine people looking for a vacation home. However, if you are not comfortable with the traveler after corresponding with them, do not take the booking. Never pay out money to a potential guest until you are absolutely sure you have secured the funds, it is a scam used by professionals. Always be suspicious when a renter tells you that he will pay you more money that the rental is offered for. If the renter is requesting you to send back part of the overpayment because of whatever reason, be cautious. This is a typical fraud scheme.
