We are located on the Gulf side of Captiva & in the heart of the Village. You are steps away from the large heated pool, white sandy beach, bay-side dock & Marina, island store, several restaurants & shops. If you are looking for a quiet escape & friendly atmosphere - the quaint village of Captiva is just for you. The house is nicely decorated in primary colors with a tropical flair. On the main level you will find the guest bedroom with one queen bed & one twin bed, full bath, washer/dryer, living room featuring vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen complete with dish washer, stove/oven, refrigerator, cooking & eating utensils, the kitchen & dining room open to a screened lanai~a great place to begin your day or a romantic setting for an evening dinner. The Master bedroom is located upstairs, has a king size bed, private bath & french doors leading to a sun/moon deck - perfect for sunning in the "quiet" of home or for a night cap on a starry night. The over sized loft also has access to the sun/moon deck & has two twin beds. This house will comfortably sleep 6 - 7. There are remote controlled cable tv's in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room. And we supply the linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & toys, games, small library, eating & cooking utensils! Endless activities include: shelling, swimming, biking, golfing, fishing, snorkeling, sailing, boating, kayaking, parasailing, jet skiing, wildlife viewing, relaxing...and much much more.
