Athina Luxury Villas is a complex of three luxury villas that have been built on the highest point of a traditional little village, Xamoudochori,in an natural environment of, surrounded by lavish greenery, close to the tourist resort of Platanias in the picturesque city of Chania. The villas are surrounded by olive groves and vines yards while also offering a great sea view . Kissos, Myrtia and Rodia are independent two-story villas that can accommodate from 2 up to 7 persons in their wonderful, fully air-conditioned rooms where wood and stone prevail. They have a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, Satellite TV, CD-player, PC (24-hour internet access), dishwasher, washing machine as well as a safe. Each villa has a large master bathroom with jacuzzi, where the visitors can relax under the candlelight, also a spare WC with shower on the ground floor. In there you will find bathrobes, slippers, luxury cosmetics as well as hairdryer. Athina Luxury Villas is a beautiful property consisting of three independent luxury villas. The vacation rental is located on a hill ioutside of the traditional village of Xamoudochori, just 3 km south of Maleme and 7 km west of Platanias, in Chania, on the island of Crete. The Venetian Harbour of Chania, one of the most picturesque cities in Greece often called "Venice of the East", is just 19 km further east. All three villas have a private pool, surrounded by lavish gardens, set amongst a wonderful natural environment with view to the ocean. Villa Kissos and Villa Myrtia accommodate up to seven persons in their spacious living areas of about 110 sq.m., consisting of one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and one attic with a twin bed. The spacious living room is cozy with sofas in front of the open fire place. The villas also have two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bathtub and another with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Both floors have large verandas with view to the pool, to the garden and to the ocean. There is a playground, aparking and a marble hammam on site. The villas are fully air-conditioned, centrally heated with nice fireplace.
