Description:
Beautiful, roomy, holiday home in quiet, secluded, and safe surroundings, ten minutes east of Willemstad. Close to famous beaches of Jan Thiel, Barbara Beach, and Sea-Aquarium. House is on 930-square-meters, walled property with 2 private pools: one large (7-meters x 14-meters) and a childrens pool (3-meters x 4 meters) and a large, shaded deck. Very spacious as the house has two living rooms, a dining room, a very large kitchen in European/American standards, five bedrooms and all appliances you are used to at home such as washer, dryer, TV, DVD player, home cinema system and stereo. Kitchen has large stove, microwave, large refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, blender and coffee maker. The two-story house has five large bedrooms (1 downstairs) and two bathrooms upstairs. A bathroom 'European style' (toilet only) is located downstairs. The house is situated in an area with large, luxury villas only (called Girouette) and no pass-through traffic. Pool is year round 28-30 degrees C (about 80 F). Pool is separated from the terrace with a fence to protect small/unattended children. Wonderful location to visit the beautiful town of Willemstad (Unesco World heritage site) where a mix of Caribbean and Dutch style is displayed. Many beaches are nearby (ten minutes by car) where you can dive (no boats needed, most diving is shore diving) and snorkel in one of the most beautiful parts of the Caribbean. Rental cars are available at very modest costs and it gives you the opportunity to explore the beautiful island, which will surprise you and makes you come back. Sunny all year round and outside the hurricane-belt. Water temperatures do not drop under 26 degrees C even in the 'coldest' months!
