Description:

Beachside 1 story, a small 6 unit apartment building with a beautiful private courtyard 85 steps from the sand. There are 6 one bedroom suites. The building has just been renovated. Great romantic getaway and a perfect vacation place. The neighborhood, Hollywood North Beach, is small, lo-rise and quiet, with eight one block streets, each of which extends from the ocean to A1A and the Intracoastal Waterway. To the south, Hollywood North Beach Park extends for nearly a mile before becoming Hollywood Central Beach, with its shops and restaurants. To the west, across the Intracoastal Waterway, is Westlake Park, a 1500 acre sanctuary of mangroves and tidal estuary. To the north is Dania Public Beach followed by John U. Lloyd State Park with four miles of natural beach. The one-way, one-lane road along the beach is an excellent bike path which extends all the way south through Hollywood North Beach Park and Hollywood Central Beach. Hollywood North Beach is five miles and a ten dollar taxi ride from Ft Lauderdale International Airport. Ft Lauderdale offers a huge selection of restaurants, shops and glitzy nightlife. Broward County and Miami-Dade, twenty miles to the south, offer a broad selection of tourist attractions. Everglades National Park is a huge, wilderness swamp with canoeing and camping readily available.
