Description:
All this exclusive, four-acre luxury estate, just for You !, has spectacular views of the wide, truly unspoiled white sand beaches stretching as far as the eyes can see, up to an unexplored mangrove ecosystem, with no houses, no people, and no hotels. Untouched pristine beaches whose only inhabitants are coconut trees, exotic plants, shore birds, turtles and crabs surround this unique beachfront property, called a paradise by our visitors.
Behind our estate lies the impressive Merendon Mountain, home of the 60 thousand-acre Cusuco National Park, which has an emerald tropical rainforest and a highland cloud forest with abundant exotic wildlife (NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC , February 2001 issue).
According to recent studies, Americans are increasingly coming to Honduras, because They feel safer, enjoy sunny days, nice weather, shorter travel distances and cheaper living (THE WASHINGTON POST , Sunday, August 29, 2004, page A18).
THE FLIGHT FROM MIAMI TAKES ONLY TWO HOURS !
Our private, fully equipped, furnished and decorated estate has 6-bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, 7 bathrooms, 1700 sq. ft. hardwood deck and pool, storage room, laundry facilities and employees' housing, perfectly designed, distributed and built within four (4) acres of land. All rooms and living areas have air conditioning.
