Set in one of the most prestigious and un-spoilt locations of this magical Island, this spectacular property boasts excellent facilities and breathtaking views. Enveloped by rugged pine clad hills on three sides and overlooking the mystical Es Vedra Island in the Mediterranean Sea, the Villa is the perfect place to relax and ideal to savor all the attractions that Ibiza has to offer. Entrance to the Compound is gained through a pair of electric gates (remote controls are supplied to clients upon arrival) and there is ample space for guests to park both on the driveway and in the garage at the rear of the Property. Beautiful gardens full of imposing pine and cedar trees and brightly colored climbing bougainvilleas surround the Villa on all sides. Within the gardens guests can enjoy many delightful features such as a gazebo, a giant wooden bear, fountains, hammocks and barbeque areas surrounded by grass on all sides. The parameter wall that surrounds the property offers seclusion and security and is adorned with an abundance of bougainvilleas. The garden is attended every day and kept clean and trimmed at all times. At night there is ample lighting in the garden that enables the guests to enjoy the cooler evenings outside until dawn breaks. FIRST FLOOR (Please refer to attached floor plan) Inside guests will find the Villa very tastefully decorated and very well equipped. There are plenty of seating areas within the Villa. Enjoy the airy spacious lounges of the first floor, or play cards in the cards room. Alternatively guests can take time out to read in the reading area or play backgammon in the cool ?Canadian Lounge? overlooking Es Vedra Island on the sea. Two separate music centers, one on each side of this floor allow clients music wherever they may be at any given time. All the bedrooms on this floor, except for one, have sea views and all have en-suite bathrooms. The First Floor may be divided into the following areas: Lounge Areas The First floor has 5 distinct lounge areas (L1, L2, L3, L4 & L5) i. TV lounge includes satellite TV, digital DVD player and music center (L1) ii. A cozy lounge with rocking chairs and a fireplace (L2) iii. Two spacious connected lounges (L3 & L4) iv. Cards Room (P1) v. Reading area, Canadian Lounge with heavy oak furniture around a fireplace, and backgammon area, a second music center.
