Located almost exactly in between Kusadasi and Izmir, Gumuldur is only 30 min from the Izmir International Airport. Selcuk (Ephesus, Virgin Mary’s House) or Kusadasi is also about 30 minutes by car. Enjoy your vacation in Farmer’s dream villa with private swimming pool located in our 25.000m2 tangerine orchard. The villa is in 10 minutes driving distance to the beach. It is a typical farmhouse with lots of amenities and comfort. There is a guest section for crowded groups in the first floor of our second house, 20 m away. Furniture and equipment: Fully furnished, A/C, satellite TV, wood burning fireplace, stereo, computer, telephone, refrigerator, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, all necessary kitchen utilities, washer & dryer, water heater. Number of sleeps: 8 beds (if necessary there are 6 beds at the quest section of the villa increasing the number to 14). Since 1998 no preservatives, artificial fertilizers or pesticides have been used in the orchard. Instead, natural and ecological methods have been implemented. There are more than 800 trees with a wide variety but mainly mandarins, olive and orange trees. There is a 10m x 10m (33ft x 33ft) pool next to the house.
