Our Home Suite Home is located on the eastern shore of Big Bay de Noc in Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula. The panoramic West-facing view from atop a 40 foot bluff will leave you with memories of unforgettable sunsets over one of the most pristine bays on Lake Michigan. Take the staircase down the winding trail that leads to a secluded rocky beach where you can swim (with beach shoes), start a campfire, or enjoy a world-class fishery that will allow you to catch trophy walleye, bass and pike only 30 feet off shore.

We are just 20 minutes from Manistique and 45 minutes from Escanaba--only 3 miles north of the Village of Garden. Only 2 miles down the road is an 18 hole golf course with fine dining available some days of the week. Visit our local artist's gift shop and gourmet food shop in downtown Garden, plus 2 grocery stores (one prepares pizze for pick-up), 1 restaurant and The Marygrove Retreat Center. You won't want to miss our historic Fayette ghost town 12 miles south on the Garden Peninsula. You can also go out with Captain Mordecai on his luxurious pontoon boat for a 1/2 day or full day of fishing on Big Bay de Noc--charters are available.

Our home, with attached 320 square foot Suite is situated on 5 acres of tremendous hardwoods on top of the bluff and 3 acres of cedars and birches below the bluff as you walk down to the beach. Enjoy the 300 feet of secluded shoreline on Lake Michigan; it is a beautiful, peaceful and healing place to stay. You will wake to the sound of birds in the morning and fall asleep to the wonderful sound of waves at night; you will enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful, secluded country retreat.
