I am happy to tell you that the unit is again available this year, and during the 2nd week of Jazzfest this year! (May 2-May 9, 2008)

If you've not stayed in the unit before, it is a full suite, sleeping 4 privately (in two bedrooms). The master bedroom has a completely private bath with jacuzzi tub, and the other bedroom has a semi-private bath, also with a jacuzzi tub. There is a sleeper sofa that will sleep two more in the living area, and there is room left over for more if needed! A full kitchenette and clothes washer/dryer are in the unit as well. The property is on Royal street, just two blocks over from Bourbon, and half a block from Canal street...just far enough from the action so you can sleep at night, but close enough to crawl back to your room! The cost for the unit for the whole week is $1900, plus a $150 refundable security deposit. If you've stayed with us before, you know the unit to be beautiful, and us to be prompt and dependable.
