Situated on 1.4 secluded acres just two miles from the center of North Conway (Kearsarge neighborhood), this mountain view home is convenient for all north country activities. Mount Cranmore (5 min), Attitash / Bear Peak (10 min), StoryLand (10 min) and Wildcat (15 min) are all a close drive. Upstairs - kitchen, dining room (seats 8), living room with fireplace & 32" TV (DVD, VCR & Bose CD player), deck with gas grill, king bedroom, queen bedroom, laundry and full bathroom with jet tub. Downstairs - living room with wood stove & 27" TV (Playstation II & DVD), recreation room with ping pong table, double bedroom, queen bedroom, sauna and full bathroom. Outside there is a large horseshoe driveway with plenty of parking, sloping front lawn, small back lawn and basketball hoop. I offer discounted tickets to Mount Cranmore, Attitash & Wildcat! Day passes for the Cranmore Family Fitness Center (pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, gym, fitness classes and more) are available at half price!
