Single ranch house located minutes from Ocean City. Central air conditioning with three bedrooms (queen size beds) two baths, sofa bed (queen), sleeps eight. Living room, cable TV, VCR and stereo; kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal; dining area, enclosed porch and front porch. Minutes from the beach, the lovely town of Berlin (where ?Runaway Bride? and ?Tuck Everlasting? were filmed); Assateague Island, the home of the miniature ponies. Washer and Dryer.
Ocean Pines is a quiet family oriented community that offers numerous amenities including five community pools, numerous parks and playgrounds, tennis courts, watercraft launching sites a Yacht Club and more. Also included with rental of our home is the Beach Club parking pass. The Beach Club is an ocean front club located at 49th & 50th Streets in Ocean City. It offers a snack bar and grill for light faire and locker rooms, showers and pool. Take a look www.oceanpines.org
