Description:
This flat is suitable for four persons at most. Less than 500 metres away from this flat is the isle " Ile de la Cit?" where Paris has been founded a long time ago. All the attractions known in the whole world can be reached within a few minutes on foot. 2 minutes to Centre Culturel Georg Pompidou, the Seine, the Marais, Forum des Halles, Samaritaine, St. Eustache, 5 minutes to Louvre, Quartier Latin, St.Germain des Pr?s, Notre-Dame de Paris, La Sainte Chapelle, Place des Vosges This flat is situated in the 1. Arrondissement of Paris. The central and most important underground station "Chatelet-Les Halles" is just opposite your door. You'll have about 9 underground routes there and in the streets nearby you can choose between 32 bus routes taking you everywhere. Already in the morning, taking your breakfast in this charming and lovely flat, you will have a wonderfully interesting view on the street life in the pedestrian zone beneath the building and you'll see domes of the Pantheon and the Justice Palace beyond the river "Seine". In any case, you won't look into a sad back yard and you will feel that you are living in the center of Paris, the capital of France. The flat is situated in one of the rare pedestrian zones in Paris and downstairs you can choose between many restaurants, caf?s, theatres and music-pubs. By the way: the "Guiness-Tavern" can be seen from this flat. The building, in which the flat is on the third floor, has a lift and has been totally done up in 1997. There are only seven flats in this little and neat building. Only French people, working in the nearby theatres and in the ministry of justice, live in this house. The 2-room-apartment has a living-room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bath. The living-room with its 3 windows is very bright. From all its windows the pedestrian zone can be seen. The flat measures 43 square metres. The entrance has a wardrobe, there's also an interphone. The rooms have new parquet. The kitchen has been totally refurnished with all you might need: for example ceramique hotplats, refrigerator, sink, many cupboards, coffee machine, micro-wave oven, iron, ironing board, tableware, lovely glasses for wine, champagne, water etc. The bedroom has three separate beds with latex mattresses by Dunlopillo, chests of drawers, wardrobes, tasteful candlesticks and so on. In the living-room is a large table, 4 armchairs and a fourth bed. The flat has all the modern facilities such as telephone, colour TV and hifi-tuner with CD-Player and a safe. It's my Parisian charwoman who cleans the flat every Saturday. She lives nearby and it's at her place where you can get and return the keys. From mars to end of october the flats are to be rented from saturday to saturday. Between end october and mars at least four days must be token. For further information please contact us. If you want to rent a flat, just use the reservation blank or call us. English, french, russian and german spoken.
