Villa La Estancia has the only privately-owned condominiums on the fabulous Medano Beach of Cabo San Lucas, and operates as a five-star resort. This condo is the closest two bedroom condo to the beach! The condo is spacious and elegant, with 2000 plus sq ft of living space.

The condo has a full kitchen and dining room, breakfast bar, and living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a sitting area, and the master bath has a jacuzzi tub, shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom has a bathroom and two queen-size beds. The couch in the comfortable living room pulls out into a queen-size bed. Adjoining the living room is a third full bathroom with shower. There are cable TVs and ceiling fans in every room, as well as a VCR and stereo in the living room. It is a complete luxury residence, with marble floors throughout. You will spend a good deal of time on the large terrace. The terrace has ceiling fans, a wet bar, and a refrigerator.
