This spacious ninth floor condo, with over 2,500 square feet of living space, is ideal for large families or 2 couples with children to share. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit features a great open floor plan with direct beach/ocean views and two separate balconies. Enjoy your favorite shows on our 52" flat screen LCD TV in High Definition. The kitchen has been fully equipped with top of the line appliances including smooth top stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, cooking equipment and utensils. All you need to bring is food and a appetite. The master bedroom has a king size bed, direct view of the ocean and direct access to large balcony, walk in closet and large master bathroom. The second bedroom has a king size bed, large closet and it's own private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds, large closet and it's own private bath. Both of the guest bedrooms have access to a shared balcony. Each bedroom has it's own 32" flat screen LCD HDTV. The condo includes a laundry room with washer/dryer and all linens are provided. Just bring beach towels and toys!
