A complimentary bottle of Champagne together with some refreshments will greet you upon arrival. Our spacious villa is only rented to one group at a time. It has a large deck offering plenty of opportunities to sunbathe or relax in the shade at any given time of the day. Enjoy quiet, lazy days lounging by the private pool, listening to music and watch the cruise ships and yachts passing by. You can also take an easy 3-5 min walk to Pelican beach (great for a walk) or lovely Flamingo beach with good swimming and also some snorkeling. They've got beach chairs available and a couple of beach bars offering snacks and drinks during the day. Or you can participate in the many activities available nearby, e.g. water sports, fishing & sailing trips, cycling etc.. Amenities include Cable TV (40+ US channels), DVD/CD/Stereo, BBQ grill, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, utensils etc.), iron + ironing board & parking on property with secure gates (3-4 cars). The villa has a cell phone (local number + prepaid balance) with free incoming calls which you can use during your stay. Linen, towels & beach towels are also provided. We can offer you 3 bedrooms - with a King size bed, a Queen size bed and 2 Twins. All bedrooms have A/C and ceiling fans. The community of Pelican Key provides an ideal location and the perfect combination of seclusion and diversion. Most of the nightlife, 20+ restaurants, bars, casinos, a cinema etc. are a max. 10 min drive, to get to either Philipsburg or Marigot takes about 15-20 min by car.
