Local area information:

This house with a large swimming pool is located in the tourist resort of Costa Adeje, in a residential area which is highly valued by the people who live there. Although it is only a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach (Puerto Colon) and the facilities, it is different to all the large residential complexes. There is no noise from Cafes or disco's, and the neighbours keep to themselves. A five minute walk gets you to a shopping centre where you can find a big supermarket, boutiques, perfumeries, a news stand with a wide selection of international newspapers, a shop where you can rent DVDs, banks, chemist’s, surgeries, and a taxi rank. The sand-beaches are safe with sufficient facilities, and they are all linked through a promenade about 12 km long. Nearby there is also a water park provided with a 'dolphinarium' which is very popular with children and even grown-ups. From Puerto Colòn (15 min walk) there are day trips on various charters (usually catamarans), to discover the coast.
